- First you need to send us an email making your inquiry
- Then you are required to make a payment of £60 for every 3 months.
- You then need to fill in our application form, which you will receive upon payment.
- Once you have filled in this form you need to return it with a form of identification (Passport or Driving License). The document must be translated into English
We do not take deposits for UK based customers.
You can stop the service at any time, to do this you should stop making payments and it will automatically prevent further service.
If we do not receive payment within two days your service will be terminated automatically.
Our charges are the following;
UK Clients
A £20 monthly fee for 20 letters, which includes postage at no extra charge. Payment of £60 should be made ones a quarter.
Letters can be re-sent to a customer once per week.
Overseas Clients

Our company does not take any responsibility for letters sent to customers via the Royal Mail.For an additional charge we can ship by special delivery post.
We do not accept any boxes.
We do not accept any complaints from customers if the received mail is damaged or has something missing. Our role is to send the mail and if a problem is occurred it is not due to any actions by out business, we respect customer privacy.
